The CloudHospital opens online services including diagnosis of chronic and common diseases (except fever), prescription transfer, online payment and offline drug delivery, piloted in central urban areas (Xiling District, Wujiagang District, Dianjun District, Xiaoting District and Yichang High-tech Zone).

　　1. Patients should provide true and comprehensive personal information for consultation, on which the doctor's diagnosis will be based.

　　2. Audio and video of the entire consultation process will be recorded and archived to ensure the quality of diagnosis and treatment services.

　　3. Drug delivery time: Orders before 15:00 will be delivered to the patient’s address before 22:00 on the day; orders after 15:00 will be delivered before 22:00onthe next day. Please provide an accurate address andkeep the phone unobstructed.

　　4. Online chronic-disease drug purchase time: 8:00 - 20:00
