On the morning of March 14，a telemedicine communication linkbetween Yichang, China and California, USAwas launched at the remote consultation center of People’s Hospital of Yichang. On the scene, the medical staff of People’s Hospital of Yichang shared 28 treatment experiences on the protection and treatment of the COVID-19 in response to the medical center of University of Southern California .

　　It’s reported that the remote video connection came from a call for help two days ago. On the evening of March 13, Yang Jun, the party secretary of the People’s Hospital of Yichang center received from John Peter Gruen, the University of Southern California Medical Center, director of the neurological intensive care and medical center, deputy director of medical intensive care. He wondered how they managed, in such a short time, to organize manpower and resources, and succeeded in the training, prevention and treatment work of COVID-19.

　　Yang Jun shared their experience about how People’s Hospital of Yichang managed to allocate medical resources, protect susceptible population and prevent the spread of infection. Moreover, he showed the pictures of their medical stuff’s three-grade defense and the type of masks, protective clothing, protective masks to the experts.

　　“Your experience is very useful and important to us!”In 2 hours sharing, John Peter Gruen kept asking questions about critical care for COVID-19, such as how to put the critical patients in the first place, and how patients responded to inflammatory storms. Dr. Gao Baoan, Dr. Song Zhixia, Dr. Liu Qiang and Dr. Song Xinyu of People’s Hospital of Yichang took turns to answer them, based on their clinical treatment experiences.
