COVID-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters of Yichang City

　　Noticeon Strengthening Prevention and Control Against COVID-19 Among Inbound Travelers Coming or Returning to Yichang (No.15)

　　In order to effectively respond to the risk of imported COVID-19 cases in a timely manner and ensure the safety and health of all the people, the followings are hereby notified to strengthen the prevention and control of imported cases from overseas among inbound travelers coming or returning to Yichang City in accordance with The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases:

　　I.All inbound travelers, including the Chinese citizens who return from overseas, the foreign nationals and stateless persons come to the mainland of China through direct entry or transferring from other cities of China, must report to and the residence communities (villages), or the receiving institutions or hotels in advance for a timely and truthful registration of their health information. The receiving communities (villages), institutions and hotels must report the information to the county-level headquarters for COVID-19 prevention and control and public security organs. Those who fail to report as required will be held legally accountable according to applicable laws, disciplines and rules.

　　II.All inbound travelers to Yichang from overseas shall be held accountable for fulfilling the COVID-19 prevention and controlarrangements, including quarantine at designated places or at home and novelcoronavirus screening and tests. Those who have not been quarantined at other designated places prior to their arrivals are required to take a 14-day quarantine, and receive novelcoronavirus screening examination, including blood routine examination, CT and double virus nucleic acid testing before expiration. Those who have quarantined at other designated places prior to their arrivals with valid health certificate should take a 14-day quarantine at home under the surveillance of the receiving communities (villages).

　　III.If the inbound travelers to Yichang from overseas deliberately conceal their own contacts with the infected, travel history or infections, or refuse to abide by epidemic prevention and control policies, they will be blacklisted in the personal credit system. They will also have to bear all expenses for the quarantine at designated places or the medical treatment if infected or suspected of the novel coronavirus, and will be held legally accountable according to applicable laws, disciplines and rules.

　　IV.All legal entities of Yichang City are required to strengthen the management of the inbound and outbound staff and report in advance the return trips and physical health of the exit personnel. People are encouraged to report to the county-level headquarters of COVID-19 prevention and control and public security organs if they suspect that there occurs any violation of the COVID-19 prevention and control policies by the inbound travellers.

　　V.If new policies are formulated by the state organs and the COVID-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters of Yichang City during the implementation of the regulations, the new policies should be complied with.
