On March 26, Zhang Dianwu, head of Zhongda Pharmacy in Yiling District, received his new business license, becoming the first one to experience the system. This indicates that the reform of the system set up by Yichang Municipal Market Supervision and Management Bureau has entered phase of implementation in pilot area.

　　The "All-purpose license" reform is an important measure taken by the Yichang Municipal Market Supervision Bureau to deepen the reform of the "Release of Service" since the establishment of the institution in 2019. Yiling District is a pilot unit. It covers privately-owned bodies, individual proprietorship enterprise and farmers cooperatives.

　　The "All-purpose license" is said to merge some business licenses, such as licenses for food, drugs, catering, medical devices, realizing the registration of the license items of food, drug and medical device with one license. In the future, the business license, which records the unified social credit code, will become the only "ID card" of the business owners and the only "ID code".
