After receivingthe call for help, Yichang customs guidedthe enterprises to complete the printing through theoriginself-printing system launched by the general administration of customs. Then the certificate was sent to foreign countries , customs clearance and tax reductionwere successfully handled.

　　In order to reduce the impact of Covid-19 epidemic and ensure the maximumprotectionof export enterprises origin visademand, Yichang customs has launched the "zero meeting" service, which adjustedthe field survey of origin into a written survey. The enterprises would upload the image materials about production processof relevant products through the export origin system, whichwouldbe put on record and approved after examination and approval in writing by the customs. The enterprises that meet the conditions for self-service printingwill be guided to print the format certificate of origin approved by the customsthrough the "single window"ofinternational trade (https://www.singlewindow.cn) or the integrated management platform of "Internet+ customs" (http://online.customs.gov.cn). The certificate of originis to be sent through express mailto ensure that the foreign trade business of enterpriseswould not beinterrupted due to the epidemic prevention and control.
