　　Yichang is nominated for supervision incentives and incentive support with the noticeable results in promoting sound development of social investments, issuing corporate bonds, innovating bond varieties and preventing bond risk, implementingthe river chief system and managing and protecting rivers and lakes, as well as in renovating shantytowns and dilapidated buildings in Changyang County.

　　Yichang isnominated for its effective work in promotion of sound development of social investments, issuance of corporate bonds, bond varieties innovation and risk prevention in recent years. Great achievements have been made in issuance of corporate bondsin recent years in Yichang, and the incentive policy for corporate bonds will be implemented again in the coming two years, which meansthatenterprises can apply for direct approval from the National Development and Reform Commission, the process of which takes just 5 working days instead of 15 ones.

　　To implement the national policies with local measures, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission has established a resource pool of bond financing, consisting of bonds in different stages. At the same time, great importance has been attached to the prevention of bond risk to ensure the stable and continuable issuance of bonds.Furthermore, enterprise bonds have been issued in Yichang to provide low-cost and stable fund sources for the projects in Yangtze River protection and transformation and upgrading of chemical industry.
