The “First 2020International Tea Day” in the theme of “Yichang Quality Tea for Whole World”sponsored by Yichang MunicipalAgricultural and Rural Administration Bureau and organized byXinding Group was celebrated onMay 21in Yichang City.

　　Zhang Fengqi, Vice Mayor of Yichang Municipal People’s Government, addressed the opening ceremony. In hisspeech, Zhangstressed that Yichang is an important city on the Tea Road, and Yichang has strivedto buildthe world-renowned and first-class tea production baseand implement the development strategies of upgrading the green tea industry, revitalizing the black tea industry and promoting the dark tea industry. After years of efforts, Yichang has been granted the title of“Most CharmingInternational Tea City”by the International Tea Committee. Zhang atthe endof the speechexpressed his sincere hopethat people from all circles of life support Yichang and Yichang tea industry development to make Yichang tea accepted better and better nationwide and worldwide.

　　In the celebration, three enterprises, including Xinding Biotechnology Co., Ltdsigned online contracts with enterprises from Dongguan, Beijing and Shenzhen.Meanwhile, Yichang City proposed the Tea Road Cooperative (Yichang) Initiative in response to Tea Road Cooperative (Beijing) Initiative.
