It has been as long as4 monthssince the G556 train from Yichang Railway Station to Beijing West Railway Station resumed its operation on June 8th.
The China National Railway Group Co., Ltd revealed that according to the related measures to adjust the response level to level 3of public health emergencies in Beijing, railway authorities have been gradually resuming the operation of trains to Beijing from Yichang, Xiangyang, Wuhan and Jingzhou ofHubei Province to meet the needs of passengers since June 6.The G556 train, whose tickets would begin to release from June 8th, would depart from Yichang Railway Station at 8:18 am and arrive in Beijing West Railway Station at 16:46 pm.
The Railway Department reminded that all railway stations would continue to carry outnormal epidemic prevention and control measures such as temperature detection,masks inspection, ventilation and disinfectionto create a safe and healthy travel environment for passengers. The public could get the information of the resumed passenger trains from Hubei to Beijingfrom 12306 official website (including mobile phone client) and announcements of local major railway stations.
