To cooperate with the interchange of the Three Gorges Expressway—the construction of Heyi Road node interworking project, and guarantee the successful construction and traffic,the Municipal Traffic Police Detachment decided tofollow the traffic control of the K13+920—K14+150 section on the Three Gorges Expressway.
It is learnt that the traffic control will last for a month from June 8thto July 8th. During the period, the traffic lane from Yichang to Wuhan will be locked, and the vehicles in this lane should be rechanneled to the opposite one; the traffic lane from Wuhan to Yichang should be changed unilateral to two-way with the speed of 40 km/h; the overloaded vehicles will be prohibited to pass.
Furthermore,in order to coordinate with the supplementary investigation and special detection of the Sanjiang Bridge intermediate repair project, and ensure the smooth and safe construction and traffic,the Municipal Traffic Police Detachment decide toimplement the traffic control of the Three Bridge, which will start from June 11thto 17th, from 9:00 to 11:30 and 14:00 to 16:30 every day. During this time, one side of the pedestrian passage willbe closed in proper order,and pedestrians can pass casually on the other side, and vehicles can drive in two-way orderly according to the command of the on-site staff as well.
