Recently, it is known from big data industry investment department that “2020 Yichang Big Data Industry Investment Implementation Plan” is officially launched. “Plan” mentions that the development should take a long-term perspective and lay solid foundation to attract more participants. It says the construction of “three parks and two centers” should be accelerated according to characteristics of outstanding features, complementary advantages, coordinated development, while the space layout should be optimized, which means the function orientation and industry positioning of each center or park should be clear and definite, thus making investment promotion and construction more competitive and distinctive. In addition, the contract project should be carried out efficiently and more efforts should be made to enhance the gathering, loading and radiating capability of big data industrial park.

　　The “Three parks and two centers” refer to Three Gorges (Yichang) Big Data Industrial Park, Dongtu Smart City Internet of Things (Industrial Internet) Industrial Park, Neusoft Smart Industrial Park, Three Gorges Big Data Center and Ziyang Big Data Center. “Our goal is to make ‘three parks and two centers’ important loading places for big data industry in Yichang, which will play a leading role in attracting investment for it, so as to make it a strategic emerging industry in Yichang,” the director of the Municipal Government Service and Big data Administration said.

　　It is learnt that early preparation work of Three Gorges (Yichang) Big Data Industrial Park is almost completed while first phase of housing decoration and intellectualized reconstruction has started. It is expected that first batch signing enterprises enter before the end of July, 2020. It is planned to introduce more than 30 big data enterprise or founding team within three years, no less than 30 big data application innovation projects and 30 big data talents, forming an annual output value of no less than 300 million yuan and tax no less than 10 million yuan of industrial cluster of big data. Smart city Iot (Industrial Internet) industrial park project will regard Dongtu Science and Technology Company as the leader, Dongtu Science and Technology Industrial Park as the platform, driving industrial chain investment regarding Dongtu Science and Technology Company as leading part, forming smart city Iot (Industrial Internet) industry clusters and application demonstration area through smart city Iot application demonstration construction in industry Internet, transportation, urban management, fire protection, public security. Meanwhile, follow-up expansion projects of Neusoft Smart Industry Park, Ziyang Big Data Center and Three Gorges Big Data Center are being carefully planned and made steady progress.

　　In addition, in terms of attracting projects, advantageous resources in transportation, medical care, culture-oriented travel, education, health care and other aspects will be deeply explored. The focus will be on new infrastructure projects such as data storage and cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data and Internet of Things, aiming at the upstream and downstream industrial chains and planning to package a batch of related industrial projects. In terms of implementation of projects services, business environment will be promoted and projects such as “5G+e-sports” of Datang Network and Three Gorges Internet Digital Economy Industrial Park of Three Gorges Media Group will be actively promoted to be launched in Yichang.
