On July 2, according to Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Rewards for Travel Agencies in Yichang in 2020published by Yichang Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, any travel agency that brings tour groups to Yichang and meets the reward requirements is supposed to attain corresponding rewards. Differentfrom the reward policies over the past years, two items named“Hubei people travel in Yichang”and “Yichang people travel inYichang” are set in particular.

　　According to the Rules, the item named “Hubei people travel in Yichang” mainly applies to any qualified travel agencies organize tourists from other cities in Hubei Province (except for the ticket-free tourists) to travel in Yichang via diversified ways of transportation, such as the special trains, chartered planes and ships, buses, car exhibition festivals and self-driving teams.In particular, every qualified special train for tour groups or the chartered plane for air travel groupsare supposed toreceive a lump-sumaward of 40,000 yuan or 20,000 yuan respectively and the additional incentives can be obtained if the number of newly increased visitors reaches its reward standard. As for the qualified chartered ships, each of them is supposed to obtaina maximum lump-sum awardof 15,000 yuan. Furthermore, there are rewards for buses tour groups, exhibition festival tour groups and self-driving tour groups, and each qualified group will be given the maximum award of 20,000 yuan.

　　As forthe item named“Yichang people travel inYichang”, anytravel agencies that organize local tourists to visit one or more A-level scenic spots or the tourist areas recognized by the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourismwill be rewarded in accordance with the number of people in each tour group. For example,atour groupwith the number oftouristsof30 or more will receive500 yuanbonus.
