On July 26, in accordance with the deployment of the Yichang Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters,the health department, together with the market supervision department, inaccordance with the requirements of normalized and precise prevention and control, conducted random inspections of 2 farmer’s markets, 1 supermarket, 1 public transportation, 1 traffic station, 1 public toilet, 2 dining places, 3 fever clinics in other places, seafood products, fresh water products, meat and livestock and poultry stalls, cutting boards, knives, countertops, pools, sewage and other environmentandfood.A total of 221 samples and environmental samples from fever clinics, including 190 environmental and biological samples, and 31 practitioner samples, were all negative.
From June 13th, our city has conducted sampling and testing of environmental samples from supermarkets and farmer's markets in the jurisdiction for 44 consecutive days. The sampling range has expanded from farmer’s markets and large supermarkets to key public places such as comprehensive medical institutions, community health service centers, bus stations, express stations, public toilets, and sewagetreatment plants. Starting from July25, inaccordance with there quirements of the Provincial Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters, the city has focused on seafood products and carried out special monitoring of the environment, products, and employees in all seafood production and operation sitesinitsjurisdiction to ensure the teating process is all round, organized and dead-zone free.As of July26, a total of 188 seafood samples, 93 employees samples, and 247 environmental samples have been tested.The results of the Covid-19 test were all negative.
As of July 26, a total of 28 comprehensive medical institutions, 16 community health service centers, 115 farmer’s markets, 191 supermarkets, 165 restaurants, 13 public transportation, 13 transportation stations, and 18 public toilets have been randomly inspected, 11 sewage treatment plants, 11 express delivery sites, and 120 other places such as cold storage. A total of 9,725 environmental and biological samples were collected and tested, and 2,862 samples from employees were collected. The test results of Covid-19were all negative.
