On July 23,It’s learned from Yichang Logistics Industry Development Center that in the first half of this year, in spite of the adverse effects resulted from covid-19, seven new A-level logistics companies have been established. As a result, the total number of logistics companies in Yichang has exceeded 90, with a growth of 17.95% year-on-year, ranking first in Hubei Province.
In recent years, the government of Yichang takes it as an opportunity to build a port-type national logistics hub, and continues to make sustained efforts to develop A-level logistics companies in an attempt to step up the transformation from traditional logistics companies to modern ones. After the resumption of work, the municipal Logistics Industry Development Center took the lead to promote the development of A-level logistics companies. By providing business training and onlineguidance to somelogistics companies with strong comprehensive strength, the Center has helped them in standardizing management, optimizing business process and improving the level of informatization. Following the spirit of “to serve in time”, the Center provides one-on-one services for enterprises to promote their normalized and sound development, with all-out efforts to improve the quality of logistics industry, thus offering a powerful impetus for Yichang to build a national logistics hub.
