According to data of reservation platform from Ctrip.com, by 16:30 on August 8th, among the 37,286 tourists who had made reservations, 31,329 had visited the scenic spots for verification, an increase of 70% from last Saturday.

　　Mr. Li, a local citizen, arrived at the Tribe of the Three Gorges viaa road tripwith his family at 8:15am, becoming the first batch of tourists to enjoy thefree admission policy. On the same day, Longjinxi and Bawangzhai in the scenic area were full oftourists with nearly 5,000 people coming for the beautiful scenery, shows, and folk customs. The head of the scenic spot said that the number of tourists has been tripled compared with that in theprevious weekends.

　　Qingjiang Gallery Scenic Spot, one of the most popular spots, has served nearly 2,000 tourists by 12 o'clock on Aug. 8, a month-on-monthincrease of about 30%. 3,300 tourists visited Xiling Gorge Scenic Spot on the same day.The Mountain Tourism Resort of Bailihuang, which focuses on refreshing tours, never lagged behind. More than 3,000 travelers who have made reservations on line visited Bailihuang,most of whom preferred family travel, staying in tents, playing slides, and relaxing in the summer.
