On September 3, the Yichang Municipal Public Security Bureau issued the Notice on Further Strengthening Traffic Safety Management over Daxue Roadto reinforce the traffic control.

　　According to the Notice, all vehicles will be strictly prohibited in controlled areas over Daxue Road (except emergency vehicles, and military and police vehicles). City buses will only be allowed to pass throughDaxue Road, all on-campus stops cancelled. The other vehicles have totake the 2^ndXiling Road, the Stadium Road, the Yemingzhu Road, the Huanghe Road, the 2^ndXiling Road Expressway, the 4^thDongshan Road and the Huanghe Road instead.

　　According to the Notice on Cancelling Bus Stations at the China Three Gorges University (CTGU) issued by the Yichang Public Transport Group Ltd. on September 5, the bus lines No. 23, 89, B17 and B613 through the campus will be reserved with the 6 on-campus stops on the linescancelled and the temporary stops set up for the lines No. 23, 89 and B17 outside the North Gate of the CTGU on the Huanghe Road.
