The press conference onYichang First Aid for Stroke Map and the founding conference of Yichang Stroke SpecialistsUnion were held in the city on September 13. The reporter learned from the meeting that 2 management units, 10 designated hospitals, and 4 designated hospitals under construction will make upthe first batch included in the map, to formaGolden Time First Aid Circle for Stroke covering the entirecity.
It is reported that the map,based on the urban-rural integrated first aidnetworkof the city,will be supported by the municipalconstruction of smart cities and smart medical care.All the medical institutions throughout the city, together with the city first aidcenter,will participatein and jointly promote the map. Through the operation of the first aidmap, the city first aidcenter and all the designated hospitals in the map will work together to establish a seamlessly integrated pre-, in and afterhospital stroke treatment systemso thatstroke patientscanbe accurately identified by 120 first-aid personnel in the shortest possible time, and be quickly sent to designated hospitals with the thrombolytic ability for professional treatment,toeffectively avoid hospital delays, second transfers, and treatment breakpoints.
After acomprehensive evaluation, alist of the first batch of the maphas been decided. To be specific, Yichang First AidCenter and Yichang Central People's Hospital are selected as the management units; 10 medical institutions are listed as designated hospitals, they are Yichang City Central People's Hospital and Yichang First People's Hospital , Yichang Second People's Hospital, Renhe Hospital Affiliated to Three Gorges University, Gezhouba Central Hospital of Sinopharm, Yiling Hospital, Dangyang People's Hospital, Zigui County People's Hospital, Yidu First People's Hospital and Changyang Tujia Autonomous County People's Hospital; and 4 medical institutions stillunder constructionareYuan'an County People's Hospital, Xingshan County People's Hospital, Zhijiang City People's Hospital, andWufeng Tujia Autonomous County People's Hospital.
