It was learned from the Comprehensive Law Enforcement Detachment of the Yichang Municipal Cultural and Tourism Market that in accordance to the instructions of the Yichang Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, the Detachment, together with relevant departments will carry out joint inspection of the pre-vacation tourism market, focusing on the supervision and rectification of the misconducts in the following aspects.

　　1) Strengthen inspections of the implementation of epidemic prevention and control of tourism industry, and urge the enterprises to implement the regular epidemic prevention and control measures according to the guidelines for epidemic prevention and control in the tourism consumption season formulated by Yichang Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism.

　　2) Improve the security and emergency management of A-class scenic spots and areas, and rectify the failures to establish sound contingency plans and implement the safety management systems, and mal-functional running of special equipment and recreation facilities.

　　3) Strengthen the supervision of service quality of A-class scenic spots and areas, and rectify the illegal acts such as lowering the service standards or setting up fee-charging items without authorization, and raking in money by illegal means, promoting superstition or inducing consumption at religious sites.

　　4) Improve the management of tourism environment around the key scenic spots and areas, and strictly rectify the behaviors such as blocking vehicles to attract customers, or cheating or overcharging customers.

　　5) Overhaul the travel agencies and crack down on the travel agencies that provide unreasonably cheap tours, make false advertising and engage in forced consumption or forced consumption in disguise of the customers, violation of travel contracts, unauthorized changes to the itinerary, or rental of vehicles without tourist passenger transport qualifications.

　　6) Strictly manage the qualification of tourism-related enterprises and crack down on operation of the unlicensed travel agencies.

　　7) Regulate the practice standards of tour guides and crack down on the illegal activities such as conducting tour-guiding activities without a Tour Guide Certificate or selling goods to tourists.

　　8) Strengthen the supervision of the order of transport on tourism roads and crack down on the illegal practice of chartered bus services.

　　Fueled by the implementation of the ticket-free policy for tourism industry in Hubei Province, Yichang is expected to usher in a new round of vacation travel rush as the Mid-Autumn Festival will overlap with the National Day this year.
