　　Yichang Customs introduced Jinguan Phase II processing trade management system last May, enabling the enterprises to handle various formalities such as the establishment, modification, writing-offafter verification, processing transit, outsourcing of processing trade manuals (accounts) on the integrated online service platform of international trade “Single Window” or “Internet + Customs”, withoutsubmitting paper materials.Up to now, in Yichang,39 enterprises have switchedtothe new system, and a total of 134 electronic handbooks (accounts) have been established and 43 electronic handbooks (accounts) have been canceled after verification, which has greatly reducedenterprise’scost.
