Yiling District signed an order of 158,000 tons of oranges for the strong growth markets

  On September 28, 40 merchants from more than 10 provinces, including Tianjin, Anhui, Inner Mongolia, etc., signed a 158,000 tons purchase contract with local citrus processing enterprise at the Citrus Marketing Matchmaking Conference held in Yiling District. Exports in Southeast Asian markets such as Myanmar and the Philippines and Eastern European markets like Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan have grown strongly.

  The citrus planting area in Yiling District serves as 348000 mu, and a good harvest is expected this year with a total output of 782000 tons.

  In order to ensure farmers’ production and income, Yiling District took out 1.2 million yuan to award 65 advanced citrus sales units inside and outside Yiling district.Make clear the incentive policy of discount interest on working capital loan of citrus sales, and formulate the 2020 citrus marketing incentive policy to provide rewards and support fromcitrus export, non-local merchants, citrus deep processing, market promotion and e-commerce. At the same time, encourage and support the group marketing of high-quality citrus brands, create “collective trademarks” and “regional public brands”, and use modern information technology and Internet of Things to accelerate the progress of new business models such as e-commerce and modern logistics and distribution so as to break into the market together.

  At the beginning of the citrus market this year, the district public security, transportation, industry and commerce, agriculture, specialty products and other departments publicly promised: do not establish posts, do not intercept vehicles, do not deduct licenses and points, open up a “green channel” for merchants and implement 24-hour high-quality service.

  Excellent quality and sales environment have attracted domestic and foreign citrus sales merchants to Yiling. As early as September, Xingxiang Association successfully opened three export markets in Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, and the Philippines, and signed a 28,000-ton sales agreement. Magenta Farmer’s orders received 16,000 tons of export orders from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Canada. On September 19, the Yaqueling Town Government signed a 30,000-ton sales order in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, and it even wins a large sales order of 158,000 tons of citrus this time.
