　　Sincethat day, five categories of administrative examination and approval items have entered the stage of “Issue certificate first along with license before examination,”coveringfood, small catering, food production and processing, drug, and medical device.

　　Even if everything wentwell in the process of administrative examination and approvalin the past, it wouldtake 20 days to get a businesslicense. According to the new rules, the applicant can obtain the license on site after he or she hassubmittedan application and signeda commitment that meets the technical requirements of the administrative licensing. The postponementof examination requires stricter supervision.Whenever there is something that fails tomeet the corresponding business conditions in the examination on the spot,the applicant shall make corrections within a reasonable time and shall not engage in related business activities. If he refuses or failsto do sowithin the time limit, hislicense will be revoked according to relevant regulations. Arelevant person in charge of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau stated that the new rules will be fully implemented in all the counties and cities under thejurisdiction of Yichang City from October 21.
