The total amount of accumulated investment in industrial technological transformation jumped to the first place in the province in 2019 and has remained soup to now. The scope of technical upgrading of industrial enterprises on the regulations has expanded from 7.1% to the current 79.8%. The proportion of industrial technological transformation investment in industrial investment also increased from 21.8% to 60.3% in September this year.
