"Cloud call" system to be introduced to the water supply hotline——6789111

  (On November 3) As the gas heater didn’t work due to low water pressure, Ms. Xu called the Puhua Three Gorges water supply hotline 6789111. After receiving the call, the emergency repair center immediately arranged staff to check and test the water pressure in her house. Though the testing showed that the water pressure was low, the root cause was unknown. Since Zhang Yufeng, the general manager, was on duty in the hotline center, he attached great importance to it and immediately led the technical team to the user's home for investigation.

  After arrival, the emergency repair personnel carefully inspected the water meter, gate and pipeline, and problem arose probably due to the small diameter of the water pipe behind the meter, improper installation and scale blockage. The staff used a water pipe that matched the pipe behind the meter, which bypassedthe original pipe to connect the water meter and the water heater. The heater worked when the gate was opened. Then they explained in detail the pipeline reconstruction scheme behind the meter the precautions for the inspection, and cleaning of water heater.

  It is learned that Puhua Three Gorges Water Supply has been working on the innovation of water supply service to broadened service channels for the convenience of the people. The use of cloud calling system transformedtraditional manual services into a combination of Internet and manual services. A close-loop management of hotline services can be realized through accepting, handling, and receiving feedback and evaluation, which helps to establish and improve a long-term effective mechanism for water supply services and further improve the quality of water supply services.
