Citizens do not have to see a doctor in person for health service during the festival, because they can consult or get a prescription over the internet and the medicine ordered can be delivered to any household by the couriers.

On February 1st, a citizen whose surname is Liu, had successfully completed the review through the “internet-based hospital” of the Yichang Central Hospital.Mr. Liu has suffered from nephrotic syndrome, and this time he chose Dr. Zhu Ping to review his case, who works for the nephrotic department of the Central Hospital.“Except for the physical examination, the other services including registration, inquiry, testing items creating and results checking could be received online, which is convenient and time-saving,”Mr. Liu replied.

There are 102 doctors from almost all of the Central Hospital’s departments to provide online treatment amid this holiday for meeting people’s needs of diagnosis and treatment at home.“Doctors will reply messages to patients in a timely manner. If the patient needs to go to hospital for further treatment after consultations, the doctor would issue an examination list on the internet. Then, the patient only needs to go to hospital for an examination at the appointed time after successful payment of this list,”Dan Jun, chief of the Information Section, said.

The reporter also learned that the “Internet-based hospital” of the Yichang First Hospital will treat patients as usual during this Spring Festival.

In case of emergency, medicine could be delivered to the home.

If you need medication urgently, how should you do? Don’t worry. The deliverymen could provide timelyhelpat the coming Spring Festival.

Meanwhile, the Chinese food ordering app Meituan.com will provide services over the same period.”

The chain pharmacies such as Yifeng Pharmacy and Tongde Pharmacy will remain open except for a slight change in business hoursover this spring festival. Problems such as the excessive orders, extension of delivery time will arise during this holiday. Self-checking the result of the nucleic acid test online, conveniently andeconomically

During the special period of epidemic prevention and control, the process of the nucleic acid test has attracted people’s attention.

On the morning of February 3, Tang Youming, who had just come back from Yibin, Sichuan Province, quickly completed a nucleic acid test by scanning the QR code at the nucleic acid testing place outside the outpatient building of the First Hospital. Here’s the process: first, scan the QR code of a mini-programvia Wechat and enter the self-service examination system; second, choose the examination item, confirm the information and pay for it; third, get a sample colleted after scanning a bar code by the medical personnel. Tang said, “The whole process can be completed within two minutes, which is very convenient and can save the registration fee.”

In order to benefit the public, the Central Hospital and the First Hospital both have provided online “self-service billing of the nucleic acid test” service. In this way, citizens can get the bill online instead of registering for a doctor’s bill, and then their samples can be collected at the nucleic acid test collection spot directly, which not only saves the money but also the time.

In the light of the citizens who cannot use the mobile phone, the First Hospital has also opened a “fast track”. People only need to go to the special channel—issuing place for the nucleic acid test to make a bill, which is located on the right side of the first floor of the outpatient building, and then walk to the collection spot directly for sampling after successful payment.
