On March 24, the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau announced the seventh phase of the"Red and Black Lists" on civilized construction management of construction projects in 2021. Three projects were listed on the "Red List", including residential project of Donghu 1st Road in Xiling District. While three projects were included in the "black list" such as the ring road project in the northern part of Hubei Three Gorges Vocational and Technical College.

　　According to the "Red and Black List System for Civilized Construction Management of Construction Projects in Yichang City", Donghu 1st Road residential project in Xiling District, building 1-3#, 5#, 7#, 8#, 20-22# and the basement of Zone A in the residential project of East Station Road of Yichang Huapeng Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Zhongnan 1st Road (Zhutao Road-Yihuang Expressway Section) are praised on the "Red List" due to the good implementation of the real-name system, spray on the main road, automatic vehicle washing facilities, environmental monitoring instruments, regular use, proper spraying and dust reduction, beautiful enclosure and sealing, tight bare soil coverage, high greening rate on construction sites, and neat materials stacking.

　　The ring road project in the northern part of Hubei Three Gorges Vocational and Technical College, China National Fuel Company Gas Leakage Repair Project and the earthwork project of Wangzhougang Village Resettlement Housing in Xiling District were included in the "Black List" and exposed because of the large amount of bare soil not covered in the non-construction area of the site, the construction barriers not in place, the long-term occupation of the city road without the permit for occupying the road, the serious dust emission from the field earthwork and the absence of any dust-lowering measures.Three Gorges Daily News (Reporter Yuan Man, Tian Doudou, Correspondent Ye Sheng)
