On May 10, it is learned from Yichang Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs that recently, in order to cultivate talents urgently needed in agriculture and rural areas, the program of “One Village with Multiple College Students” has been officially launched and students are being recommended currently.

　　It is learnt that Yichang plans to recruit 400 people for this program this year. According to the city’s requirement, members of village party branch committee and villagers' committee, reserve officials and party activists, together with people in poor and weak villages will be preferentially recommended. Based on the high-quality farmer cultivation work over the years, fortune-seeking farmers and backbones of rural cooperative organizations are to be recommended and chosen to participate in the study.
