　　With college graduates’employment and entrepreneurship as guiding principle to facilitate implementation, supported by quality employment services and precise measures, Yichang City has taken various effortsto ensure the overall stability of the employment situation of college graduates. By the end of July, 18,500 new college graduates have been employed and self-employed in Yichang, completing 74.3% of the annual target.

　　Yichang government hasvigorously implementedemployment policies and fully unleashedthe effects of these policies to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates. Since this year, the city has earnestly implemented suchpolicies as job-hunting and entrepreneurial subsidies, guaranteed loansfor startups, social security subsidies, andtraining subsidiesinto effect, steppedup efforts to carry outwork-for-training programs.By this, it encouragescollege graduates to find jobs and start their own businesses, and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to take onmore graduates. By the end of July, the city havegranted a one-time job-hunting and entrepreneurship subsidy of 4.35 million yuan to 3,747 collegegraduates of 2021, and issued 176 entrepreneurshipguaranteed loans of 33.73 millionyuanfor college students. A total of 63,000 person timeswere provided with skills upgrading training, and 69.66 million yuan ofsubsidies were granted.

　　Efforts have also been made to set up convenient and efficient recruitment channels for college graduates according to their characteristics. In the first half of the year, Yichang successively held nine campus job fairs, including the medium and high-level talent fair named “I Choose Hubei and Fall in Love with Yichang”, the Yangtze University Station in “Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen-EnshiUniversity Recruitment Service Alliance”, and the 5th Special Job Fair For Enterprises in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. A total of 310 participating units have offered 1,387 positions and 1,888 people have achieved employment intention, including 1 doctor and 209 masters.

　　The “Yicaihui”WeChat applet has been developed for the online declaration of job demand for enterprises and online application for college students, which builds a 24-hour talent attraction cloud platform, so that enterprises can carry out online services for talent attraction on a regular basis. The “Online Recruitment Campaign”has been carried out, with a total of 20,693 positions posted and 836 people reached intentions.

　　The “Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen-Enshi”University Recruitment Service Alliancehas been founded and the first batch of 17 university recruitment service stations wasset up in four cities. Yichang Human Resources and Social Security Department, in conjunction with17 colleges and universities from four places, has widely released internship positions, attracting more than 1,000 people to participate in employment internship. By the end of July, 2,230 internship training bases in Yichang had received a total of 19,291 students for internship training, completing 97% of the annual target.
