The launching ceremony of the first “Yichang Humanwell Cup”2021 Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen-Enshi College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held in the Three Gorges International Talents City on September 14, which is the first time for the four cities of Hubei Province to jointly hold the college students innovation and entrepreneurship competition. From now on, participants can register through the designated registration portal. The grand prize winnerof the final will be awarded 300,000 yuan.

　　Under the guidance of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Hubei Province, the four governments of Yichang, Jingzhou, Jingmen and Enshijointly organized the competitionin order to further create a good atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship, as well asthe integrated development of the “Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen-Enshi”city cluster. The first finals will beheld in Yichang, and then will be heldannually in Jingzhou, Jingmen and Enshi in turn.

　　Thecompetition aimed at two categories of people: the students who have started or intend to start their own business in the local area, including higher vocational collegestudents, undergraduates, master students as well asPh.D. students;andthe enterprises registered in the four places of Yichang, Jingzhou, Jingmen and Enshi within 5 years(the legal representative of the enterprise should be within 35 years old and college graduates within 5 years of graduation).

　　After the regional competition, 13 competitorswill be selected from the four places to participate in the finals. One grand prize, one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes and six winner’s prizes will beset upfor the competitionawards. Among them, the grand prizewinnerwill be awarded 300,000 yuan.

　　In addition, all winners of the competition can also enjoy a 3-year discount interest on guaranteed business loans, and have free admission to the four business incubation bases. They will be given priority in the recommendation to participate entrepreneurship competitions in Hubei province and other innovation and entrepreneurship competitions.

　　After the launching ceremony, the press conference and forum of the first Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen-Enshi College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition were kicked off. The person in charge of the human resources and social security departments of the four places introduced the organization of the competition, and the innovation and entrepreneurship work of college students in each place at the press conference. Moreover, representatives of college students from the four places shared their entrepreneurial experiences at the forum.
