Lin Ning said that Yichang has a long history and profound cultural heritage, and has great potential in creating cultural IP. He proposed to create Yichang as theQuyuan culturelandmarkcity (making Yichang an authoritativeplace ininterpreting of and setting standard for Quyuan cultureand also a promotion place for activities on Quyuan culture). Thisis very consistent with the essential concept of the creation and operation of phenomenonculture IP in a city. He hopesto strengthen cooperation with Yichang injointly telling good storiesof Quyuan and Yichang.
