Recently, the Notice on Replicating and Promoting the Experience Learned from the Sixth Batches of Free Trade Pilot Zones in Hubei, Chinawas released by the General Office of the People’s Government of Hubei Province. According to it, the amount of outcomes Yichang achieved accounts for 39% of the province.

　　18 outcomes of 2021 system innovation of Hubei Free Trade Zone were promoted in the province, among which seven reforms of Yichang Free Trade Zone were selected, including Real Estate Registration Reform-Separation of the Buyer’s Tax Payment and the Seller’sTransfer Tax Payment, One Certificate System for Construction Permit,Agent Service for Electricity Installation of Enterprise by Project Code Assignment, Paper-free Animal Quarantine Certificate, Peer-to-peerJudicial Inspection and Control of Real Estateas well as Electronic Labor Contract.

　　In 2021, a total of 35 achievements of institutional innovation were made in Yichang, which included facilitation of trade investment and trade, innovation in financial opening, etc. Among them, the case of "advancingpolicy application" of Comprehensive Bonded Zone was selected into the Guidelines for Projects Suitable for Entry into Comprehensive Bonded Zone (2021 Edition)issued by the General Administration of Customs, which is the only case selected in the six central provinces. The two reform achievements, real estate registration-separation of the buyer’s tax payment and the seller’stransfer tax payment and enterprise technology innovation sharing service, were approved by the leaders of the Ministerial-level Joint Conference Office of the Pilot Free Trade Zone of the State Council.
