　　At the meeting, Yichang City Housing and Urban Construction Bureau briefed the progress in urban construction and promotion of each county and urban area in the first quarter: Dangyang City financed 179 million yuan through ADBC (the Agriculture Development Bank of China) for town renovation; Changyang, in accordance with the“five reducitons, five increases and five ups”requirement, has implemented 70 projects, ranking first; The project operating rate of the first quarter’s town construction projects in Xingshan County is the highest in the city, reaching 63.64%; Yiling District has introduced a program to pay 10 million yuan in township bonus funds, completing an investment of more than 30 million yuan; the appearance of the town in Dianjun District has been greatly improved with the weak current lines placed underground in the main streets,and with the facade renovation of houses along the streets.
