Yichang released the city image, the city visual expression system, and the top ten city brand promotion projects at the launching ceremony of the 2022 Yichang City Brand Promotion Week on May 11.

　　The slogan of Yichang is “the hometown of Qu Yuan and Zhaojun and a famous ecological city in the Three Gorges”. The city brand logo consists of the letters “U” and “I”, a smile and an exclamation mark , which constitute the shape of “Yi”. The different colors of the components represent vitality, nature, future, diversity and enthusiasm. The whole logo represents the harmonious coexistence of people with nature, humanity, technology, the city, and the future. At the event, the IP images of Yichang’s cultural tourism are also released, namely Tunhanhan, Zongmanman, Diannengneng and Chengdiandian, which represent the local features of finless porpoises, Zongzi, power generation and citruses respectively.
