On June 7, an expert evaluation was held for the conceptual proposal of the Xiba non-motorized channel and the surrounding commercial district slow-walk corridor project, which meant that Yichang would build a non-motorized transportation linking the island, the river, and the garden.

　　It is understood  that the conceptual scheme is the overall design idea of a project, including the form of construction and landscape style. The experts carried out a comprehensive evaluation and scoring according to the design style and feasibility of the program. The Housing and Urban-rural Development Department of Yichang published the excellent conceptual scheme so that the public could vote to choose the final design of the Xiba non-motorized channel and the surrounding business district slow-walk corridor to provide a reference.
