In the live online broadcast of the 2022 Yangtze River Three Gorges Construction Expo, the first AI anchor “Xiaoyi” in Yichang, independently developed by the Three Gorges Daily, officially appeared. “Xiaoyi” is made by collecting the voice and image of a real anchor and using AI technology to synthesize. It relies on deep learning technology and models a large number of sound and video materials to achieve the consistency of sound and image, giving people the feeling of being hosted by a real anchor.
