On November 16, Yichang Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban Rural Development, in conjunction with relevant departments, issued a notice to promote the system of “buyers check the house first and then receive the house, and obtain the certificate upon receiving the house” in the commercial housing projects that have newly obtained the construction permit of construction projects in the city, so as to effectively safeguard the two core interests of buyers from the system of “receiving the house" and "obtaining the certificate”.
