To further meet the demand of families with two or more children for housing loans, the Yichang Municipal Housing Provident Fund Center has optimized the relevant support policies.

　　Exactly, from March 31, the housing provident fund policies are applicable to any family with two or more children born in line with the child-birth policies and with a household registration in Yichang City, irrespective of the children’s birth time. Besides, children adopted or born before their parents’ remarriage can also be taken into account in the identification of a multi-children family.

　　For families registered in Yichang with a second child or more in accord with the government policy applying for provident fund loan for purchasing houses, the loan amount of the housing provident fund shall be 1.4 times of the loan amount that the borrower can apply for, and shall not exceed the specified proportion of the total price of the housing, and shall not exceed 1.4 times of the maximum amount of the housing provident fund loan, provided that the loan conditions of the center are met.
