Recently, the city’s first intelligent government affairs service approving robot was officially launched in Wujiagang district, bringing a brand new experience to enterprises and the public.
Luo Fei was the first citizen to experience the novel robot service. The “establishment of individually owned business”, from independent application to the robot’s material-receiving, approving, and certification, took just 5 minutes and required only one electronic signature. He received the city’s first individual business license that was completed entirely through the machine. The service time was shortened to one sixth of the counter time.
This year, the Wujiagang District Bureau of Government Affairs Service and Big Data Management is focusing on building a smart service hall and collaborating with software companies to create highly intelligent office tools with Wujiagang characteristics, with the intelligent approving robot being one of them. The “establishment of individually owned business” is the first online item. The robot, utilizing AI technology to link big data information such as electronic database of licenses and certificates, integrates registration and name declaration and reduces several times of facial verification to one single verification. The verification of information, review of materials, approval and printing of materials are all conducted automatically. Multiple bottleneck problems such as system integration and data sharing have been tackled one by one before the ultimate intelligent processing of the robot. In addition, numerical control devices are utilized to optimize multiple processes, demonstrating the advantages of intelligence. The application of intelligent approving robots allows applicants to enjoy the convenience of online services, reduces labor load at the counter, benefiting both parties in the service.
Another hot item, “annual inspection of freight vehicles”, can also be approved by the intelligent robot. (Reporter/Yang Xue, Correspondent/Zhang Xu Yaxiong)
