On August 28, the first batch of shared business halls for water, electricity, gas and network services were launched at the Dongshan branch of Yichang Power Supply Company of State Grid Hubei Electric Power Co. Ltd. and the Yichang branch of China Mobile. These business halls, together with the special widow for water, electricity, gas and network services in the Government Affairs Service Center of High-Tech Zone, constitutes the pilot programme of one widow for the four services in the zone.
In order to effectively solve the problem of separate application for water, electricity, gas and network services and repetitive handing in of materials, and to further optimize the business environment, the Administration of Yichang High-Tech Zone has collaborated with the four operators of water, electricity, gas, and network to establish interconnected business operations at the business halls of the four sectors. With the “one application, four services” model, citizens need to submit their application materials only once at any pilot business hall and have their services for water, electricity, gas, network dealt with at one stop.
