　　The total construction and installation investment of the South Square project is about 950 million yuan, and it is planned to be put into use in September 2025. The total planned area is 120,000 square meters, with the total construction area being 68,500 square meters. The main body, with two floors, is 10 meters high. It is a semi-basement with three sides open and one side closed. The main construction is a comprehensive transport hub in front of the station, including indoor parking garages, ground and roof parking lots, passenger services, outdoor landscapes, elevated lanes and elevated drop-off platforms, etc. At present, pile foundation work at the South Square of Yichangbei Railway Station is underway, and the follow-up work is in progress in an orderly manner.
