Great applause responded the declaration by the host at the 2023 collective negotiation meeting of Yichang Dachu Automobile Service Co., Ltd. that the commission ratio for ride hailing drivers would be reduced by 7%.

　　At the meeting, representatives from both sides of the employees and the enterprise held equal negotiations aiming at promote the sound development of the ride hailing industry and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the drivers to build stable and harmonious relations in ride hailing industry. It focused on issues such as the paid annual leave system for employees, succor to employees in difficulties during traditional festivals, the problem of parking at public terminals for ride-hailing cars, and commission ratio reduction. The meeting finally reached an agreement between both parties.
