Recently, the Shared Business Hall of “Water, Electricity, Gas, and Network” in Yichang High-Tech District was unveiled and launched in Baiyang Industrial Park, which will be conducive to carry out pilot services, ensuring one-stop completion of all procedures of business administration within the park and fully localized services for park-related items.

　　It was understood that, Yichang High-tech Zone, according to the industrial development and the demands of project implementation of the industrial park, has incorporated 149 district-level high-frequency enterprise-related items into the list of assistance and agency services to remove the last crucial hurdle in administrative service, supporting the high-quality development of the eastern industrial zone of Yichang. Simultaneously, by appointing key personnel, the district-level service windows have been relocated to the industrial park, providing assistance and agency services for projects of district and township levels in handling district-level approval affairs, such as construction project planning permits, construction permits, and design plan approvals, ensuring the acceptance and closure of all approval procedures finished within the park.

　　The Shared Business Hall together with Yichang High-Tech District Administrative Service Center, the Dongshan Branch of State Grid Yichang Power Supply Company, and China Mobile Yichang Branch Business Hall, etc., has formed all-in-one window for handling all the business related to water, electricity, gas and network in the area.
