On December 20, the 2023 Digital Government Evaluation Conference and the 22nd Government Website Performance Evaluation Results Release Conference sponsored by China Software Evaluation Center were held in Beijing, and the government portal website of Yichang City ranked fifth among prefecture-level cities nationwide, with “Government Affairs Entries” selected as one of the “Top 10” outstanding innovative cases on the prefecture-level website, and the Yichang Urban Brain as one of the “Top 50” outstanding innovative cases in digital government.

　　The evaluation of digital government service capabilities includes seven dimensions: management guarantee, platform support, data empowerment, etc. The evaluation of government portal websites mainly comprehensively evaluates resource aggregation capabilities, data application capabilities, and other aspects.

　　Since the beginning of this year, “assistance before service” has been set as the goal of the government portal website of Yichang City to improve its brand column of “Government Affairs Entry” and more than 10 new themed services have been launched in housing loans, medical treatment and public rental housing application. The government portal website has also linked effectively with the provincial government portal website to build an administrative normative document library containing 1,547 administrative normative documents of all levels, and has promoted the construction of the public data open platform, providing more than 26 million pieces of data and 499 data clusters.
