Focusing on the difficulties and bottlenecks in the implementation of policies beneficial for enterprises, Yichang has established an integrated service mode covering the release of policies, application, approval and payment through a complete and closed-loop mechanism, ensuring precise and direct access to policies beneficial for enterprises.

　　To address issues such as the less integrated distribution of policies, Yichang has collected and listed the current policies from various levels and departments that benefit enterprises for comprehensive and dynamic management. Based on the listed enterprise-benefiting items, a dedicated window has been set up to handle related affairs, integrate resources from all parties and provide centralized services such as policy consultation, opening up green channels, and assistance and agent arrangement. Besides, a specialized column called “Policies for Enterprises” has been created on the website of the municipal government to guide enterprises to precise and quick access to the beneficial policies. For the sake of smooth payment of enterprise-benefiting funds to the beneficiaries, the Municipal Bureau of Finance has taken the lead in establishing a direct funding service platform that covers projects at both municipal and county-ship levels, ensuring city-wide management and advancing the application-free enterprise-benefiting policy.

　　Since 2023, Yichang has paid out 140 million yuan in funds to benefit 1,155 municipality-level enterprises, including over 66 million yuan of application-free funds, the efficiency of payment improved by 40%.
