Yichang Real Estate Transaction and Registration Service Center recently has disbursed a total of 2.86 million yuan of housing subsidies for the first batch of 51 newly recruited eligible households in the urban area.

　　Over the past years, the municipal Party committee and the government of Yichang have taken a series of measures to benefit people, including the issuance of the “Notice on Offering Housing Subsidies to Individuals”.

　　In accordance with the relevant policies, the Yichang Real Estate Transaction and Registration Service Center has proactively carried out the application, review, and disbursement of various government housing subsidies, such as those for newly recruited talents, families with two or more children, and collective purchases by employees. A total of 120 million yuan in various types of housing subsidies has been disbursed so far.

　　Yichang is now upgrading the application entry of the Applet “Yichang Talents Code”, the Integrated Talent Service Platform, and the Yichang “City Brain”－Minsheng Zhida Intelligent Service Platform (an integrated service platform that simplifies application, review and disbursement of government subsidies).
