Towering cranes were swinging back and forth, while excavators and pump trucks were shuttling amid the roaring sounds of machinery on the construction site of the upgraded Children’s Park located in the urban area on April 19. More than 180 construction workers were urgently pushing the construction forward.

　　It is learned that the renovation and upgrading of the Children’s Park is being carried out in two phases. The first phase, which includes the renovation of park infrastructure, construction of service buildings, and the transformation of the landscape in the Southern Area, was opened to the public at the end of January 2024. The second phase involves the installation of power equipment and construction of an indoor amusement hall (Northern Area). This phase has seen the completion of underground pipeline networks, installation of non-powered equipment, construction of new building structures, installation of seven main power equipment units, zoo pipeline networks, site leveling, and the basic construction of new steel structures and animal enclosures.
