As of May 4, 2173 physical stores in Yichang, Jingzhou, Jingmen and Enshi have implemented no-reason return/exchange policy since the four localities started to establish an integrated consumer rights protection network.

　　Yichang took the lead in the province to launch the no-reason return/exchange commitment campaign since April 2020, calling on all physical store operators in the city to provide high-quality service and conduct business with integrity. As of now, a total of 1120 physical stores across 14 industries including supermarkets, clothing, and dietary supplements have joined the campaign. This has made it more convenient and faster for consumers to return or exchange goods, significantly improving consumer experience, enhancing the market competitiveness of physical stores, and improving the consumption environment and the business environment.

　　To deepen the integration of consumer rights protection, Yichang has led efforts with Jingzhou, Jingmen and Enshi in implementing no-reason return/exchange policy in physical stores. As of the end of April this year, a total of 2173 stores in these four localities have been guided to implement this policy.
