Applicants can use the App of “Ehuiban” to scan or display QR codes, and the integrated platform for real estate transactions and registration will automatically read the applicant’s identity information to complete the collection of identity information, and they no longer need to show their ID cards to conduct registration, achieving submission by displaying QR codes instead of physical certificates and solving the problem that applicants keeping no ID cards with them have to revisit the center.
