Recently, the Yichang Urban Digital Public Infrastructure Platform (Phase I) was completed by Yichang City Brain Operation and Management Company under Yichang Industry Investment Group, as the public foundation for Yichang’s digital economy.

　　A click on the platform will allow staff to access comprehensive information about any registered entity, and the detailed electronic table will display the information of the entity, including its code, address, and demographic information of permanent and transient populations, similar to an e-household register.

　　In September 2022, Yichang was designated as one of the first pilot cities for the construction of digital public infrastructure. The first phrase of the project was completed and approved in December of the same year, with the experience of project implementation promoted throughout Hubei Province.

　　The platform covers the urban area of 324km2 and an area of 228km2 of the surrounding counties, marking a substantial expansion of the digital infrastructure construction of Yichang City. (Reporter/Zhao Jingyi, Correspondent/Liu Jia)
