It was learned on May 27 from the Jinjiatai Branch of Yichang Social Welfare Institute that the facility is now ready for service, inquiries and applications available at present.

　　The Jinjiatai Branch of Yichang Municipal Social Welfare Institute, converted from the former Party School of the Municipal Committee, has 342 beds, including 300 for elderly care and 42 for medical care. The branch is fully equipped with age-friendly and intelligent facilities as well as rehabilitation therapeutic equipment, providing integrated medical and nursing services such as long-term care, traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation, and psychological comfort. The branch keeps in consistence with those of the main branch of the Social Welfare Institute in philosophy, management, culture and services, and mainly provides high-quality integrated services of medical care and elderly care to the elderly in need.
