From May 28 to June 6, Ma Zejiang, mayor of Yichang Municipality, led a delegation of the municipal government to Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina for a friendly visit and economic and trade talks.

　　During the visit, Wang Wei, Chinese Ambassador to Argentina, and Wang Weiyu, deputy consul general of the Chinese Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, met with the delegation. They noted that they would provide high-quality services for more “Yichang-made” products to thrive in overseas markets and build a better platform for Yichang to carry out international exchanges and cooperation.
