At 17:55 on June 13, 415 “grey-haired” tourists boarded the Y422 tourist train from Yichangdong RailwayStation, heading north through the provinces of Hebei, Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning, embarking on a 16-day cooling summer tour. This marks the first summer tourist train of the year departing from this station.

　　The special train operates on themode of “Single Route, Multiple Destinationsand Sightseeing On-the-Go,” allowing passengers to travel and explore along the way, with stops at stations in Dangyang, Xiangyang, Wuchang, Xiaogan, and Zhengzhou to pick up additional passengers.

　　“The majority of the tour group consists of seniors over 60 years old. We have prepared common medical devices such as blood pressure monitors and thermometers, as well as emergency medications like antihypertensive drugs and fast-acting heart pills. We have also implemented dedicated service measures including ‘one to one liaison, exclusive passageways, designated waiting areas, and individual guidance,’” said Fang Yanyan, the team leader of the “Beautiful Three Gorges” service team at Yichangdong RailwayStation.
